Within each thing there exists the true essence of that thing. It is the core energy that has caused the object to be created into the form in which it exists. Each thing in your reality is imbued with a specific essence that belongs to only that one thing. For example, a field of flowers may contain thousands or even millions of the same type of flower. They may all appear to be of the same shape, color, and have the same aroma to them. Upon closer examination, however, it will be discovered that each one is unique in some way. One might have minutely darker tinge of color on the edge of its petals than the others. Or perhaps another's stem is a bit longer, or another has shorter petals than all the rest. It is the essence, the core energy, of each that causes them to grow into their uniqueness. Even factory made items, formed and assembled in the same manner, are not exactly the same. Although they all would seem to be exactly the same, some will break down soon after being placed into use. There is a difference in their essence which will cause some to continue to function for a longer span of time than others. All that is near to a thing is part of the process of that thing's creation and thus it affects the essence of its energy. As a seed grows or a manufactured part is used, each has experiences that affect its core energy. Using the example of the seed, the quality of soil differs from one clod of dirt to another. The surface of the soil may be formed so as to allow more or less rain water or irrigated water to accumulate and soak into the soil, enveloping one seed's roots more than others. The essence of the plant which comes from the seed thus has had its essence greatly affected as it grows. It is for this reason that all in your life be viewed as unique. Only then can the truth be discerned of any and all, whether large or small. It is only by considering the unique essence of every thing that you might realize the deepest, most profound truths about your world. Take time to pause and, with focused intent, observe each person, each element in your life until you are able to easily recognize the uniqueness of each one's essence. It is by the use of this process that you will gain greater appreciation for the value of them… as well as appreciation of your own unique value. Love, Omnidimensional

Time It was my first day as a Realtor. My previous occupation as a construction Project Superintendent had ended abruptly when my boss had discontinued taking his medication for bipolar disorder. It was one of those quirky things that I didn't know about him until it was too late… and it made a believer out of me that a prospective employee should interview their potential new boss as well as being interviewed by him/her. He'd gotten drunk and went on a rampage, trashing the office and destroying much of the equipment and vehicles. Then he disappeared. The next morning when I'd arrived at the house where he'd been living with his girlfriend, she greeted me with "Here's your check. It's your last one. The business is closed and you're unemployed." I'd just bought a house and a newer pickup truck. And now I had no job… and only the puny amount of income I'd receive from Unemployment Insurance. As I drove back home in shock I tried to imagine where I'd find another job that paid as well as my Supe job. Most of the jobs available in the area where I lived were minimum wage jobs. Somewhere along the drive home I remembered the real estate agent who had sold me my house. She seemed to be doing quite well financially and I decided to call her when I got home to ask her about being a real estate agent. During the phone call she made the job of being a Realtor a most wondrous occupation and, yes, she assured me I'd make a very successful real estate agent. She made an appointment for me with her broker for the next day. Thus I took my first steps in my new career as a real estate agent. It was a life experience chock full of learning that I never expected or even knew existed.
