Teachers
and Students
We
come onto this planet each lifetime with the sole (soul) purpose
of having experiences by which we learn. And as we learn, we raise
our vibrational frequency - commonly known amongst Lightworkers
as "holding more Light".
In
each experience during which we are the student it is assumed, then,
that there is a teacher at the opposite side of the experience.
Teachers
don't always come with certificates to make them easily recognizable.
In fact those who teach you the most important things are recognizable
by only one thing: they cause you pain to some degree. It seems
that for some perverse reason we're wired to learn from painful
experiences. We view pleasure as a reward for pain, not as a way
to learn.
Most
learning experiences are viewed with one person as the teacher and
the other as the student. However the deeper truth is that both
are teachers and both are students. There is no greater way to learn
than to teach.
All
things, good and bad, will end. And so it is with learning experiences
between people. Typically the endings come in one of two ways:
- Both
people agree to end the experience, having both accomplished the
learning they desired. They part amicably and often end up friends,
grateful to each other for the part they played in the lesson.
- One
person determines that their learning is complete and desires
to end the experience so as to begin a new learning experience.
This usually results in hostility and anger from the other person,
who wishes to continue the experience.
Obviously
the mutual ending of the experience would be the most desireable...
or at least that's what seems obvious. The deeper truth is that
with the ending of the experience by only one of the people there
is still learning occurring. Perhaps it is in regards to the main
subject of their mutual lesson or perhaps it is about other related,
ancillary subjects, such as issues of abandonment or control.
Remember,
as long as there is pain in any form between you and another, you
are learning something important. The greater the pain, the greater
the learning. Be grateful for the opportunity and for your teacher.
It makes the learning come faster and more easily.
Love,
Kathy

Book
o' the Month
Books
have always been an important part of my life. Because
I love books so much, I want to share with you those that especially
excite me. Here is this month's selection...
The
Emotion Code
by Dr. Bradley Nelson
Future Medicine. That's the first words on the front of this
book. Although it says "FUTURE medicine", the reality
is that we can use this forward-leaning healing modality now, thanks
to Dr. Nelson.
The
Emotion Code is a deceptively simple and extremely powerful
method to remove trapped emotions that reside within your body...
emotions that are causing you pain, disease, illness, relationship
problems, and more.
Not
every emotion you feel becomes trapped within your body. However,
emotions such as anger, frustration, guilt, confusion, and others
will become trapped when they're repeated OR when the emotion is
strongly felt.
Traumatic
events often generate such strong emotions that we're unable to
process them fully. Emotions from repeated situations, such as abuse
or bullying, build up over time. These emotions then become trapped
in the body.
Emotions
are especially prone to becoming trapped in the body when they're
not released. Anger that's stifled, frustration that isn't resolved,
guilt that's never been assuaged... these and more become trapped
in the body.
Negative
emotions like these have a low vibrational frequency. Over
time their low frequency entrains the body parts near them, lowering
the frequency of the formerly healthy, higher-vibrating body parts.
The frequency of disease is always lower than that of the healthy
body, which ranges from 62hz to 78hz. Colds, for example, have a
frequency of 58hz. When lower vibrational emotions cause the frequency
for a normally healthy body to lower, the door is opened for cold
viruses to invade the body.
The
Emotion Code process releases trapped emotions from the body
within a few minutes. Often results are experienced immediately.
When I do the process, usually I feel lighter immediately afterward.
Often, if the issue I've been working on is pain-related, the pain
is instantly relieved. The
process of The Emotion Code has become one of my top favorite
methods for healing.

Symbol
of the Month
Harmony
From
the book
Zibu,
The Power of Angelic Symbology by Debbie Z.
Follow
the energy of this symbol, either with your eyes or by drawing it
with pen or color crayon on paper. Although there are no directions
on where to start, I like to begin at the bottom and follow the
energy of it as it moves from one side to the other, seeming to
balance between Yin and Yang. Then I follow it upward as the energy
rises into perfect Harmony.
Suggested
uses:
- Draw
the symbol over your heart with a pen, body paints, or henna tattoo.
- Using
a colored felt pen or paint, draw the symbol on paper and hang
it on your wall in an area of your home or office that could use
the energy of Harmony.
- Place
the image on your Treasure Map to bring more Harmony into your
life.
I
invite you to play with this beautiful symbol and discover what
it has to offer you.
