If you're reading this, then you're highly likely on your path of doing your real work... your Life Purpose. Your personal path may take many shapes and forms, but there is always one truth of it: whatever you're doing and however you're doing it, you're helping to create a better world... one based on the energy of love.

Everyone who is working today at creating a better world needs support and inspiration to continue doing that work. Face it... sometimes it's just too disappointing, too difficult, and too discouraging to continue doing the work of changing the world all by yourself all of the time. You can become exhausted and drained of energy.

When you notice that you're not quite as excited about any aspect of the work of your Higher Purpose, it's time to call on those who offer tools to support you and make your work easier.

The following are resources I've used for years to support and inspire me as I continue to do all the things that compose my life work of making the world a better place. Each one is fun, uplifting, and happy-making while also offering profound wisdom and helpful support. I offer them with love as suggestions and a starting point for you to begin discovering even more resources on your own.

Recently I was given this little meme and it seems fitting for this application: Ripples become Tsunamis.

What this means is that the tiniest of ripples can grow into a tidal wave with the right amount of energy applied to it. So it is with the following visualization. Not only can you create an energy of love ripple for yourself by use of this quick and easy visualization, you can grow it to become a tsunami of love energy by sharing it with the world.

There are three ways you can accomplish creating a tsunami of love. One method is to share the personal visualization technique with your friends and loved ones. This can be accomplished either by visualizing them surrounded by the love energy or by sharing the instructions with them. Or both. The second way is to expand the scope of the energy in your visualization to include the entire planet. The third, and best method in my opinion, is to utilize both the personal and expanded methods.

Following are the instructions for the visualization. At each step, notice how you feel emotionally and physically.

1. Close your eyes and take three slow, gentle breaths. Breathe through your nose, bringing the air deeply into your belly, down to the pit of your stomach. Release each breath gently.

2. Visualize the pink energy of love surrounding you. Notice how it encompasses your entire body. Play with the thickness of it, the brightness of its light, the viscosity of it. Notice the comfort, calm, and peace of that energy. Stay in the energy for as long as you like.

3. Now expand the energy outward to include your entire home. Stay with the visual of the pink energy of love encompassing your home for as long as you wish.

4. When you're ready, enlarge the energy of love outward to include your residential area, town, or city. With your inner vision see the love energy covering that area.

5. Next, increase the pink energy of love until it covers the entire country. Hold that vision as long as you like.

6. Finally, grow the love energy until it surrounds and encompasses the entire planet. Notice how the energy is glowing brighter and brighter as it becomes greater. Stay with that vision as long as you wish.

Use this planetary love visualization at least once every day. And please share these instructions with others.
