Copyright©2024 | Keep Your Energy Clear, Clean, and Happy Everything is made of energy. Please note that I didn't say HAS energy. All that is around you is made of energy. Everything, including those items that you deem to be non-living. What makes a tree or a chair different from you is the frequencies of the energy that you and those objects are vibrating at. In our Third Dimensional reality we are only aware of those things that our limited sensory organs allow us to experience. Our eyes only see colors within a limited spectrum of frequency. Our range of hearing is likewise limited to a small spectrum of frequential vibrations. While all within our world has a basic and native range of frequency, that vibration can easily be influenced by other objects that are near. This is known in our world as "entrainment". It is demonstrated by holding two tuning forks near each other. When one is struck and begins to vibrate as it makes sound, the vibration affects the other tuning fork and it, too, begins to vibrate and make sound. You are no different in that respect. All around you is vibrating at its natural frequency and as it does so, it's influencing the rate of your natural biofrequency via entrainment. This can be beneficial, neutral, or harmful to you. For example, the frequency that microwave ovens and microwave/cell towers emit has been proven to be disruptive to the natural frequency of the human body and cause health issues. Contrarily, there are certain frequencies, such as those of certain tuning forks, that shift the biofrequencies of the human body into vibrations that are used for healing. As you go about your day, notice how you feel - physically as well as emotionally - when you change your environment. Notice when you walk into a room or a building how you feel. When another person comes near you, pay attention to how your energy is affected. When you're in a crowd, such as a sporting event, political rally, or religious service, notice how you are being influenced by the collective energy of the mass of people around you. When you become aware of how the energies around you are influencing how you feel and think, you then become empowered to make choices as to whether you wish to continue to allow yourself to be entrained to the energy around you or not. If the situation is one in which you must continue to expose yourself to the energy, there are methods you can use to protect yourself from the unwanted energies. Here are some of my favorites:
